News from The 2 Man Damage Crew

July 19, 2007 - Just in time to cure your Summertime Blues,

Just take a deep breath now...
and stay strong
Just stay strong

March 12, 2007 - Springtime is almost here and that means it's time
for BASEBALL!!!  Yes indeed opening day is just a few weeks off...
So to celebrate here's a live version of our song The Big Ballpark recorded
live at Zoo City July 15, 2006.

2 Man Damage Crews are saying.

November 7, 2006 -  Added a live version of
Mysterious Fluid from our Zoo City show on July 15, 2006 -
Listen

October 22, 2006 -  A new demo for a song called Horizon - This is a very different musical concept from the other songs released so far. What's posted here today at damagecrew.com is an instrumental version. The only equipment used for this demo is a Yamaha RX17 drum machine and Yamaha CS1X keyboard. The tracks for each 'part' in this demo are all live first takes so please excuse anything odd you might hear.

But, I do think that the spontaneous spirit of the music was captured. There will eventually be another version with vocals. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

On the Horizon, destiny is far
On the Horizon, chasing my star...

Jim (2 Man Damage Crew)

August 20, 2006 -  Updated the demo versions of
Goodnight and The River Of Life.

July 22, 2006 -  Added live versions of
Lost All My Faith In You and Summer Thunderstorm
From our Zoo City show on July 15, 2006 -
Listen

July 7, 2006 -  Just added a new demo of an older song
named
The River Of Life. This song originally dates back to
1993 and is based on the idea that time itself flows as a river.
Your life's journey through time is spent in the fluidness of
the 'River'. The River of Life is as infinite as time itself.
Our journeys come after many many before us and will be
followed by many many more.

June 25, 2006 -  Some new stuff cooking in the lab...
An urge to do something in
5 turns into something with the
working title
Loose Ends. Have a listen and enjoy.

June 22, 2006 - This has been a fun week for us. This past
Sunday, Jim was a guest on the
Mandatory Feedback radio show on
88.7 FM - WNHU. What a blast... Kevin and Jeremy, the DJs are quite
a duo and certainly a force to be reckoned with on the radio!
Tuesday 6/20 we played Daniel Street's Local Original Takeover
with
Speria. Speria is touring this summer driving a big yellow van
that uses Vegetable Oil for fuel. More shows coming and hopefully
some more new music for your ears too.

June 8, 2006 - Upcoming live appearances:
6/20 - Daniel Street Cafe, Milford CT - Local Original Takeover
7/15 - Zoo City, New City NY w/ Bettie After Midnight

April 4, 2006 - New demo from the lab
When it's time for the sun to set, the daylight surrenders
to the blackness of the night sky. The green of the earth meets
the night sky in the middle of a hot humid mass of air.
This is when the tiny
creatures of the night get to work
singing their nocturnal songs. With a flash of lightning
painting the sky in the distance your senses come alive...
Goodnight
